SANTA BARBARA BOWL
Santa Barbara Bowl Outreach supports organizations throughout Santa Barbara County to help provide access to the arts for everyone.
Dos Pueblos High School Instrumental Music Program was recently awarded a grant to support multiple performing ensembles including their Concert Band, Orchestra, two Jazz Bands, Drum Line, Dance Guard, and Marching Band. The funding will help with overall expenses as well as the running of the Instrumental Music Program.
Combined these ensembles consist of 155 talented performers. DPHS aims to provide the students with quality music, instruments, instructors, and opportunities to showcase their talents while traveling representing not only their school, but their city and state as well.

Additionally, DPHS is applying some funding from SB Bowl Outreach to help reach their goal and embark on an adventure to New York City to perform in Carnegie Hall’s New York Wind Band Festival in 2020! An amazing invitation only opportunity for young aspiring musicians that the students worked tirelessly to make into a reality.
