This week the Bowl's Outreach grant highlight is Budi Harlow!

Budi Harlow is an amazing organization that provides creative arts programs to elementary school students through drumming and dance.

The popular program Drumming, Dancing, and Mindfulness gives students development and understanding of their own creative process, while providing key brain optimizing techniques. The audio visual, motor skills, time keeping, and rhythm learned through the drum and dance curriculum gives students a deeper sense of their creative potential, and directly benefits their self esteem and group social skills.

Drumming and Dancing with Mindfulness is built with martial arts and energy regulation from Tai Chi and Chi Kung, providing students with the methodology for an improving structural core and vital energy, essential to healthy play!

Budi Harlow truly believes "timing is everything!"

The Bowl loves to see organizations provide the opportunity for children to learn and grow through performing arts, and Budi Harlow is a great example!
