What's better than one incredible organization working to provide the youth of Santa Barbara with access to performing arts? Two awesome organizations working in partnership!

This week's SB Bowl Outreach highlight is BRAVO! A program put on by the Santa Barbara Symphony Music Education Center and the Santa Barbara Unified School District, creating an all-school honor band program for grades 4-6.

BRAVO! offers students the opportunity to take free after school music lessons and perform, bringing the joy of music to over 230 Santa Barbara Unified School District elementary students. The goal is to provide students with a musical education and outlet for creative expression, not found though their normal classroom curriculum, at no additional cost.

You can catch the Bravo! in action during their April 25 Spring Finale concert at the Marjorie Luke Theatre, open to the public and free of charge!

The Bowl is a strong supporter of making performing arts accessible for all, specifically the youth of Santa Barbara, and we love to recognize when other organizations share our values!
