Dave “Dave 1” Machlovitch and Patrick “P-Thugg” Gemayel are the duo behind the electronic band Chromeo. The band formed back in 2002, but has only recently experienced some of the best concert venues in the United States. Back on January 26th, Chromeo performed at the Winter X-Games along with Snoop Dog, Skrillex, and Wiz Khalifa, but the event didn’t make their top five list of favorite venues, which they named after the show.
In no particular order, here is the list of Chromeo’s top five favorite venues: Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado, Central Park in New York, Shrine Auditorium in California, Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, and Gorge Amphitheater in Washington. What puts these venues at the top? Chromeo attributes it to these venue’s vibes and surroundings, but most importantly, it is the crowd that makes each place memorable and exciting.
