Community Ticket Subsidy

Santa Barbara Bowl Outreach provides subsidized tickets for K–12 students, helping make live music accessible to the next generation of artists and audiences! Tickets are available to youth-serving organizations and schools throughout Santa Barbara County.

The Community Ticket Subsidy is funded through generous contributions from local foundations and individual supporters of the Santa Barbara Bowl Foundation.

Included
  • Tickets for students
  • Tickets for the chaperones
  • Food vouchers ($15 value)

Only $5.00 per participant! Generous donations underwrite the remaining cost of the tickets.

Limits and Guidelines

Each organization/school may request up to 4 tickets per concert. If additional tickets become available, please let us know if you’d like to be notified.

Requests must be confirmed by Bowl staff. Sending a request does not guarantee tickets.

  • Valid ID or Student ID must be presented to pick up tickets – No exceptions.
  • $5.00 per ticket is due at the time of pick-up – No exceptions.
  • Tickets will be available for pick-up at Bowl’s will call two hours before the start of the concert.
  • Tickets are intended for student use. A teacher, parent or program chaperone is welcome, but at least one student must be present when picking up tickets. Priority will be given to organizations bringing multiple students.

Failure to follow these guidelines may jeopardize future participation in the Community Ticket Subsidy program.

This program is for students 18 and under. For groups that contain students younger than 16, a chaperone is recommended.

EXCEPTIONS: On occasion, exceptions regarding age, ticket limits, or other restrictions may be granted. All exceptions must be pre-approved before the deadline.
