Now!, a teen-led non-profit that provides free, weekly dance programming to youngsters. The Santa Barbara Bowl’s Education Outreach program funded EDN!, recognizing its potential to provide dance instruction to underserved youths in the area.
Everybody Dance Now! will perform at the
Santa Barbara Fair this evening (Friday, April 25th) from 5:00pm – 5:30pm at the Earl Warren Showgrounds. Check them out!
Founded right here in 2005 by 14 year-old
Jackie Rotman, the program now extends to 10 states, and has given service to over 1,000 students in Santa Barbara alone. What’s more, it helps build leadership skills for the teens who run it.
