AXS Mobile ID at SB Bowl
Starting for the 2021 Concert Season, all Bowl tickets will be managed through AXS Mobile ID. AXS Mobile ID is digital ticketing technology that provides the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing tickets online.
Before coming to an event at SB Bowl or before visiting the Bowl Box Office to purchase tickets:
- Download the AXS APP from your phone's App Store.
- Open the App and either create an account or sign in to your existing account
Use your app to:
- Check your tickets for an upcoming concert.
- Enter the Bowl on the night of a concert.
- Transfer your tickets to others in your group that are not arriving at the same time.
- Sell your tickets through an official marketplace.
(Reminder: by agreement, no Bowl ticket program members may resell their tickets.)

Manage your tickets from anywhere, either online with AXS or using the AXS app for Apple and Android.
EASY ENTRY
AXS Mobile ID eliminates paper tickets and allows you quick and easy entry with the AXS app or any form of electronic ID associated with your account like a credit card or debit card.
QR CODE
Use the unique QR code to enter a concert. QR codes refresh every 60 seconds so no screenshot taken in advance of entry will be valid. Be sure to transfer tickets to your guests ahead of time to avoid issues when entering.
FULL TICKET CONTROL
Transfer your tickets to anyone, at any time using only their name and email address. Share your tickets with family, friends or coworkers without meeting up, waiting in will call lines or mailing.
Looking to sell your tickets? Putting your seats on AXS Official Resale is the best way to sell your seats because it is the official marketplace. Tickets purchased through unofficial sources (such as Craigslist, StubHub, etc.) may not be valid.
SECURE TICKETS
AXS Tickets are extremely secure. Your tickets will only be associated with your account. Unless you transfer or resell your tickets, only you can access them. By reducing paper tickets, we are also reducing the possibility of stolen, lost and fraudulent tickets.

How do I create an AXS account?
If you do not currently have an AXS Account, you will be instructed to create one during your on-line purchase or in-app before you get to the Bowl Box Office.
Upon purchasing tickets, your AXS tickets will be automatically added to your existing AXS account.
How do I use them to enter a concert?
Go straight to the entrance! Here's how it works:
- Have the AXS mobile app downloaded on your phone.
- Open the app and sign in using the email you used to purchase your tickets.
- Show the tickets in the app to the volunteer usher.
- Receive a seat locator.
- Enjoy the show!
What do I do if I don't have a mobile phone?
Swipe the credit card or debit card used for purchase as your ticket at the gate.
What if I bought tickets for a large group?
Make sure everyone enters together OR transfer tickets to friends before the event. They can follow the same steps above to enter the venue.
What happens if my AXS app doesn't work?
If you have any problems accessing the app or accessing your ticket on the app, please contact the Bowl Box Office for assistance.
Can I screenshot my AXS Mobile ID (QR Code)?
No, for security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshot taken in advance of entry will not be valid. Be sure to transfer tickets to your guests ahead of time to avoid issues when entering.
