Teen pop-star Lorde is putting her weight behind a campaign and urging people to vote. The 17-year-old singer is working with the Electoral Commission and hoping to convert more than 100,000 youth voters. She recently tweeted, “I went and spoke to youth enrollment about why young voters are important a few weeks ago, should be out soon”. The Electoral Commission and Lorde are working together to engage the youth about the value of voting. Once the teen superstar turns 18 in November she will deliver a message online and discuss more about the campaign. Read all the details here.
