Going to a Santa Barbara Bowl show but need a bite to eat? Try the Bowl's unique — and delicious — selection of gourmet, pre-show munchies and refreshing beverages.

The Bowl is not your average domestic beer and nacho concert venue. We offer a variety of dining options that are locally-sourced, have low impact on our environment, and are unique to Santa Barbara.

Stop by the Bowl's Towbes Family Café, in our Main Plaza concession area, to try all of our food selections, including entrees such as a massive slice from Rusty's Pizza, a burrito of your choice from El Zarape, a Firestone DBA Beer Bratwurst served on a Deux Bakery pretzel bun with sauerkraut, grilled onions, and house made sweet and spicy mustard, and our own house made pasta salad, Mediterranean platter, or dinner salad.

Not only are these items tasty, they are part of our long-term goal of offering locally-sourced, organic food from local vendors to concert attendees.

The Organic Kale Salad now offered at the Towbes Family Café is made with produce from Santa Barbara Harvest. They provide us with fresh kale and carrots, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. The salad is topped with a navel orange balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

The Pulled Pork Sliders, also offered at the Towbes Family Café, are made with pork shoulder from Shalhoob Meat Company. The pork shoulder simmers for hours in a pineapple sauce until it is tender enough to fall apart. The pork is then served on a Hawaiian Kings Bread slider bun with a barbecue garlic aioli, and is finally topped with a spicy organic coleslaw that is made with Santa Barbara Harvest cabbage.
