Connecting musicians with students is one of SB Bowl Outreach’s greatest joys. Last weekend for Trombone Shorty’s Voodoo Threauxdown, an amazing group of students from Turner Foundation, Santa Barbara High School, and Notes for Notes, met with musician Ashlin Parker from Dumpstaphunk and several other musicians from the tour!

A unique part of Outreach’s Community Ticket Subsidy are moments like these when students get to interface and learn directly with artists. CTS provides subsidized tickets to concerts for Santa Barbara County’s students for world-class experiences.
