The Annual New Noise Music Conference & Festival is right around the corner! Being held the weekend of Oct 15-19 this year, the festival includes concerts, workshops, lectures, networking and all activities music throughout Santa Barbara. Established in 2009, the festival aims to foster culture and community during the annual festival weekend. The festival transforms downtown Santa Barbara into a Block Party, using the venues like SohO, Velvet Jones, Blind Tiger and other venues large and small.

While the entire lineup has not yet been released, several shows are on sale:

THE STORY SO FAR opens the first night of the festival on the 15th at Velvet Jones. DAWES play at SohO on the 16th with CLOUD NOTHINGS down the street at Velvet Jones the same night. DELUKA plays at new State Street establishment Blind Tiger on the 17th and NICK WATERHOUSE plays at Velvet Jones that night as well. JOYCE MANOR comes to Velvet Jones on the 18th. CHERUB and GHOST BEACH will end the festival on the 19th at SohO.

In conjunction with the festival, the 'collaborative musical experiment" of Pianos on State will be back, where beautifully decorated pianos are placed throughout the community for all to play. 

Tickets range from $15 to $22 for all of the shows. Deluka is 21+ but all other shows are all ages.
