PLEASE NOTE

THE ONLY METHOD OF DELIVERY FOR THIS EVENT IS "TICKETLESS”

• No paper or electronic tickets will be delivered or provided. 
• The credit card used for the transaction will represent your ticket to the event. 
  • Your credit card and valid photo ID are required for entry. 
    • If you do not have your credit card and valid photo ID in hand at the event, you will not gain access to the event.
  • The credit card holder must attend the event.
  • Everyone in your party attending the concert are required to have valid government issued photo ID.
    • Failure will result in refusal of entry into the event.
  • All members of your party must enter the venue at the same time.   
• All sales are non-transferrable and non-refundable. 
• There are no name changes or alternate pick-ups allowed. 
• There is a strict 2 ticket limit per household/organization.
  • Customers who exceed the ticket limit or attempt to exceed the ticket limit may have any and all orders and tickets cancelled without notice, including orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
• No exceptions will be made to these policies.
