Concert Day Ticket Assist

Download the mobile ticket app:

• Sign on to the Ticket_Assist WiFi Network.  Box office staff will supply the password.
  • Password changes frequently.
  • You will be required to re-input the password whenever you go out of range or switch networks.
• Download the AXS App for free.
• Sign in to your account.
  • Important: use the same email login you used to purchase your tickets.

Once you've logged in, you will have access to your tickets for entry.

• The QR code changes every 30 seconds.
• Scan your phone for entry.
• You will be given a seat locator during entry.
• Don't forget to get any necessary wristbands at the entry gate!

If you don't have your entire party with you when you enter, you can use the app to split your order.

• Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
• Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from
• Tap 'Transfer'
• Enter the recipients first name, last name, and email address
• Tap 'Continue'
• Review the information and tap 'Transfer'

The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, to download and install the AXS App.
